How They Work
For all of you who have ever looked at an airplane and wondered to your self how in the world it manages to fly, you've come to the right place. A lot of different things go into making a plane fly. Engines produce thrust, wether it be through the use of a propelor or a jet turbine,; Wings produce lift by taking advantage of something called Bernoulli's Principle; and flaps, elevators, and rudders are used to controle the direction in which the aircraft travels.
