SEMINAR:

Today I attended a seminar of sap ,freelance and blogging,what did I see they are trying to focus on demonstrate applications in favor of the audience & shows a communication skills. I saw people are frustrating, seeing the watches & pray for how much more they will try to deliver even don't know by the organizer committee what would be the prime importance ,even I am sure no one in the committee discussed why we are arranging this seminar in auditorium ,although quite a bit successful at the end but to manage the location for the specified purpose should be the prime importance & nowadays without workshop practice it can’t be possible to get a successful exposure for the seminar .Don't try to impose wracking or cracking applications for the sake of evidence the product will make you billionaire. People assume that he/she is making me foolish ,may be ,some sort of positive aspect here as to encourage the people to come with & join us.

Seminar is basically a small group of advanced students in a college or graduate school engaged in original research or intensive study under the guidance of a professor who meets regularly with them to discuss their reports and findings.

1. A course of study so pursued.
   
2. A scheduled meeting of such a group.
   
3. A meeting for an exchange of ideas; a conference.
   

Or we define as
A small group of students, as in a university, engaged in advanced study and original research under a member of the  faculty and meeting regularly to exchange information and hold discussions.

3. a course or subject of study for advanced graduate students.

4. any meeting for exchanging information and holding discussions.

Seminar actually a large lecture course ,discussion should be there to retain the audience interest or to remain alive the audience . Seminars are not always as small as the optimum maximum of 15 people. In some settings, seminars are hardly indistinguishable from classes, with the teaching presenting material to the students with minimum interaction. The term "seminar" is used to describe a commercial event (though sometimes free to attend) where delegates are given information and instruction in a subject such as property investing, other types of investing, Internet marketing, self-improvement or a wide range of topics, by experts in that field.

 Seminar presentations are also intended for the improvement of technical knowledge of people. The presentations may also be uploaded in the internet for further reference by people.
So,by the above discussion ,what we observe as an audience lack of delivering the skill not only related to the communication rather technical side or arrangement wise or management wise which the make the seminar turnout zero or minimal.

Responsibility in percentage to successful the event:
50%- management responsible.
15%-communication skills responsible.
10%- technical side responsible.
25%- future workshop assurance (specially for technical aspects ).



WORKSHOP:

is a part of seminar; brief intensive educational program or a discussion group.
A room, area, or small establishment where manual or light industrial work is done.An educational seminar or series of meetings emphasizing interaction and exchange of information among a usually small number of participants: for ex: a creative writing workshop; a hardware shop, a maintenance shop etc.

Basically , workshop rooms or area are what?

Workshop room/area for performing manual labor or making handicrafts in a workroom.
